Ladies Ministry at First Christian Church
Mission statement:

We strive to be women of purpose, glorifying our Lord through service to our church and community.


Areas of service include:
1. Women of prayer - Requires willingness to be available for prayer needs.
2. Visitor/member awareness- Women willing to be the eyes and ears on Sundays. Greeting new faces, sitting with someone alone, comforting someone who is struggling.

3. Hospitality Ministry - Women willing to provide an occasional meal.
4. Crisis pregnancy- Care packages for unwed moms
5. Families in crisis/need- Community awareness
6. Duneland Waters- Monthly bible study provided for ladies.
7. VNA Hospice- Providing baked goods (homemade or store bought), fruit, granola bars, nuts, candy for families visiting loved ones.

Saturday, October 1st:  Ladies' Prayer Breakfast

at the Chesterton Library Service Center 9:00am - 10:30am

 

October 14th & 15:  Extraordinary Women's Conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana

 

Thursday, December 8th:  Ladies' Christmas Dinner 6:30pm
